I had a miscarriage August 4th I finally found out I’m pregnant at 3w I’m 4 weeks now with an hcg of 1353 I just wanted to have a transvaginal so I can see a sac or baby and I also just believe strongly in having a midwife I’m 20 so I’m young and I just need some guidance

Birth center, not sure of my budget yet, trying to at options for making a birth plan that sounds good for me. Unsure of what I want. I definitely want a natural birth though.

My goal is to have a natural, unmedicated delivery in a peaceful, comfortable, and faith-centered environment where prayer and my relationship with Jesus are welcomed. I am looking for a midwife who is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and hands-on, who will educate me throughout my pregnancy, help me create a birth plan, prepare me for labor, and provide emotional and physical support during delivery. I would also like support with postpartum recovery and establishing a breast milk pumping routine, as I plan to exclusively pump rather than directly breastfeed. As a first-time mom, I want someone who will answer my questions, respect my wishes, involve me in decisions, and prioritize the safety of both me and my baby. My budget for midwifery care is 4000, and I am hoping to find someone who offers a comprehensive home-birth package or flexible payment options within that budget.

I was trying to have birth in a birthing center but I am not sure if my insurance covers that but I would like a midwife for my appointments and for my hospital birth. This will be my 3rd baby, and I really want to try something different. I am very strong minded during birth and I loved the experience with my first 2. Now I just want to try to do it without medicine and I want me and my husband to have an intimate time together. I was induced both pregnancies. I tend to lose fluid at the end which leads to inducing me early that’s really the only thing that was an issue for me. Insurance: I have United health care choice plus HSA through my job. Budget: not really sure. I asked another birthing center and they were asking $750 a month and that’s just really expensive.
