About me

I am a postpartum doula serving the northern front range of Colorado. I provide non-judgmental support, education, and care to the entire family. I work with your parenting style to help ease the transition with a new baby, no matter if it's your 1st or 5th child. I am passionate about helping parents bond with their new babies and still being to take care of themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
