About me
I believe birth is sacred, powerful, and deeply personal. My role as a doula is to hold space, offer evidence-based guidance, and nurture families so they feel informed, supported, and empowered in every decision. I trust in the innate wisdom of birthing bodies while honoring the unique path each family walks. For me, birth is not about a specific outcome, but about creating an environment where families feel safe, respected, and loved. Whether the journey unfolds at home, in a birth center, or in a hospital, I strive to be a steady presence offering encouragement, comfort, and advocacy. My philosophy is rooted in compassion, respect, and the belief that every family deserves a voice and a village as they welcome new life.
