My personal journey through infertility opened my heart to the beauty of the birthing process and inspired me to dedicate my life to walking alongside women during this sacred season. I believe every mother deserves to feel safe, informed, and empowered—no matter how or where she chooses to give birth. 🌸 Birth Doula Support As your doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the immediate postpartum period. My goal is to help you feel confident and cared for so that you can focus on bringing your baby into the world with peace and strength. Doula support includes: • Prenatal Visits: We’ll meet before your due date to talk through your preferences, birth plan, and any fears or questions you may have. • On-Call Support: From 37 weeks until your birth, I am available to you 24/7. • Continuous Labor Support: I will be by your side throughout labor, offering comfort techniques, positioning, relaxation strategies, and encouragement for both you and your partner. • Immediate Postpartum Care: After birth, I assist with the golden hour, feeding support, and anything you need to feel secure as you settle into motherhood. • Postpartum Visit: A follow-up to process your birth experience, offer resources, and ensure you feel supported in recovery. My doula packages start at $1,000, with options available depending on your specific needs and location. 🌿 Hypnobabies® Childbirth Education In addition to doula services, I also teach Hypnobabies®, a complete six-week childbirth education course. Hypnobabies® is a proven method that uses self-hypnosis, relaxation, and affirmations to help expectant parents experience childbirth in a calm, confident, and often more comfortable way. This program includes: • Six Weekly Classes: Covering everything from physiology of birth to hypnosis techniques, partner support, comfort measures, and more. • Hypnobabies® Audio Tracks: Guided scripts and affirmations to practice at home, preparing your mind and body for birth. • Partner Involvement: Tools for partners to become confident, supportive birth companions. • Comprehensive Curriculum: Evidence-based information on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care so you feel fully prepared. The investment for the six-week Hypnobabies® course is $400. Couples often find this class invaluable because it prepares them not only for birth but also for a positive transition into parenthood. 🧡 My Approach Every family is unique, and I tailor my care to your values, preferences, and circumstances. Whether your birth is in a hospital, birth center, or at home, I am committed to helping you make informed choices that reflect your wishes.
