About me

Hello! I am Mindy Heinonen and I am a birth doula in Livingston county, MI. I grew up the youngest of seven and have always been surrounded with children. I was a nanny before I realized my calling to supporting mothers in their journey. I believe that support during the most transformative moments of your life is something that every family deserves. I am passionate about physiological birth and supporting what a woman's body was made to do. I came up with the name "Loving Arms Doula" from the belief that my mind, hands, and heart can truly make a difference in your story.

Service introduction

I am a birth doula in Livingston county. I provide 1-2 prenatal visits, your full birth from whenever you need the support until after your baby is born, and 1-2 postpartum visits. After extensive research and experience, I became TENS unit certified because it is such a helpful tool to help you regain your power in birth.
