I loved having Annie as my doula! As a first time mom, I had a lot of questions regarding my health and how to prepare for labor and delivery. Annie took her time to meet with me multiple times, and would make herself available to me for phone calls for random questions I had. She really gave me peace of mind having someone to talk to that is experienced in pregnancy and birth. I also had gestational diabetes and lots of pelvic pain during my pregnancy, and Annie's knowledge in physical training helped me so much to know what exercises to do for both conditions. She met with my husband and I to prepare us for labor, and coach him on what he could do to alleviate my pain. During labor and delivery she was readily available and now I have a beautiful healthy baby girl!

As a first-time mother, I faced a challenging journey—from navigating early trimester symptoms to the uncertainty of labor and delivery. I had the privilege of connecting with a doula, and I was truly honored to have Breana by my side throughout every stage of my pregnancy. Hello, I'm Cierria Leyazhié or you may call me Apache, and I believe birth is one of God’s most beautiful and sacred calls. My passion is supporting mothers not just through the physical act of labor, but through the profound spiritual and energetic transformation it demands. My approach is built on three distinct pillars: Pillar 1: Christ-Centered Care & Hypnobirthing: I equip you with Scriptural affirmations, prayerful grounding techniques, and Christian Hypnobirthing methods—helping you replace fear and tension with profound relaxation and faith, working toward a gentler, less painful birth experience. Pillar 2: Ayurvedic Wisdom & Doula Training: My commitment to holistic health is backed by rigorous education from the Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCUHS), where I earned certifications as an Ayurvedic Wellness Educator and Ayurvedic Health Practitioner. I then completed my full-spectrum doula training with the Sankofa Birthing Collective. I guide mothers toward balanced health, focusing heavily on Vata-pacifying principles—the ancient practice of using warmth, nourishment, and deep rest for true physical and nervous system recovery during the crucial 42-day postpartum period. Pillar 3: Advanced Lactation & Education: As a Certified Lactation Educator who is actively working to complete requirements to become an IBCLC, I provide high-level, up-to-date, evidence-based childbirth and feeding education, ensuring you have the practical tools and specialized knowledge necessary for an empowered birth and a successful breastfeeding start. Whether through Ayurvedic food guidance, gentle herbal recommendations, or prayerful presence, I am here to help you experience a birth that is peaceful, powerful, and deeply honoring of your body and your faith. A Holistic Approach to Your Fourth Trimester Whether it is through preparing Ayurvedic "warm-natured" meals, providing gentle herbal recommendations, or offering a prayerful presence, I am here to ensure your postpartum period is a time of deep rest rather than depletion. I am dedicated to helping you experience a birth and recovery that is peaceful, powerful, and deeply honoring of your body and your faith.

This was my third pregnancy/birth but my first time having a doula and I could not imagine a better person for the job! I enjoy how easy it was to work with Cierria on not only what I'd desire to have for pregnancy but also the assurance if things went differently than planned. She keeps it realistic while also respecting your choices and is a powerhouse in advocating for her clients while striving to encourage working in tandem with your doctor/care team, not against them. It was very much appreciated when I was feeling vulnerable. This time around postpartum has been way easier to adjust too as well as I've had breastfeeding support, dietary recommendations based on my unique recovery and goals, tips for physical recovery and she's always left room to adjust any of this and is a great chatter. Sometimes you just want to vent with no actual goal and she's all for it. I've had such a blast with the whole experience that a fourth child might be possible with her as my doula again haha!

Hi! I’m Liz Alleva, founder of HypnoBirthing Mommy and a certified HypnoBirthing® International Childbirth Educator based in Wilton, Connecticut. I offer private classes in person and virtually throughout the USA and Canada. My passion for this work began with the birth of my son, Mason. Experiencing how preparation, relaxation, and support shaped my own birth inspired me to help other families feel informed, calm, and confident. Before becoming a childbirth educator, I spent 15 years teaching dance in public schools. I studied Dance and Sociology at Wesleyan University and earned my master’s in Dance Education at NYU. That background brings a love of movement, body awareness, and teaching to everything I do. My classes are relaxed and conversational—a welcoming space where no question is silly. We practice breathing, self-hypnosis, relaxation, and partner support, while exploring your options and what matters most to you. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, with or without medication, your preferences guide our work together. Mason is still part of the heart of my business. He helps me put together the supplies and little extras we send to families—a personal touch that makes this work even more special to me. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and prepared, with practical tools you can carry into birth and parenthood. 💛

We used Liz's services in early 2026 as we prepared to welcome our first child. Both my spouse and I participated via Zoom from Canada. Of the entire pregnancy/newborn journey, I was most nervous for the delivery. I was clear about wanting to do it unmedicated and with as few medical interventions as possible, although we were having our birth in the hospital. The mental preparation that Liz provided gave us both the confidence that resulted in a nearly perfect birth experience. Two hours on two separate occasions with Liz, plus the homework and the bundle of goodies (including the hypnobirthing book) she and her son Mason sent by mail, was all we needed. Even if you don't use 100% of the hypnobirthing techniques, the skills will help you build confidence to face whatever comes in the birthing process. Would highly recommend taking the course with Liz.

I wish I'd known Nicole when my daughter was born. She was and is absolutely amazing. Advocated for me flawlessly so my husband could just focus on me and baby. When the epidural failed, she talked me through every last hard contraction and push. Even now, it's still such a relief tland honor to have had her in the delivery room with us.

Oh my God, I love Pearl! Every time I need to book an appointment, I look forward to seeing her. During my prenatal visits, she was always so supportive. Whenever I complained about back pain, she would give me a back rub that really helped. She also taught me breathing techniques and shared many helpful tips throughout my pregnancy. After my baby was born, Pearl continued to be an amazing support. She showed me how to bathe my baby and helped me feel more confident as a new mom. She would even watch my baby while I took a shower, ate a meal, or took care of personal things. I highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive doula. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Carla is a true God send! I'm so grateful to have found her. I was searching for a doula because I needed someone to go into the labor/delivery room and advocate for me should things not go as planned. With her help and guidance, I was able to labor successfully at home, managing my own pain, and she was right there with me to welcome my little one into the world. After leaving the hospital, I struggled tremendously with breastfeeding. She knew how important it was to me so she wouldn't let me give up. Thanks to her wisdom and helpful tips, I successfully nursed my little one for a yr and a half! Thank you again!!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Autum Rose! From our very first meeting, she immediately put us at ease. She came to our house for our first meeting, stayed over time, and took the time to explain the entire birth process in so much detail. As first-time parents, this was incredibly helpful and made us feel so much more prepared and confident going into our birth. Little did we know, my water would break that very night! Autum was immediately there to guide us through the next steps and answer all of our questions. She met us at the hospital the following day and stayed with us for over 30 hours. She was there through every moment of our labor, even sleeping on a little bench just to be close by and ready whenever we needed her. She came so prepared with massage tools, different labor positions, room spray, shower gel, and so many other little things that made such a difference. She helped us navigate each stage of labor, provided guidance when we needed it, and helped us have informed and empowered conversations when interventions came up. We always felt supported, heard, and cared for. One of the things we are especially grateful for is that Autum also took photos throughout our labor and birth. Having those moments captured is something we will treasure forever, and we are so thankful that she thought to document such an incredibly emotional and meaningful day for our family. Her care didn’t end when our baby was born, either. Our postpartum visit with Autum was so incredibly healing. Having the time and space to sit down and talk through our birth experience with someone who had been there for every moment meant so much to us. She also brought her massage table and worked on me, helping relieve so much of the tension and soreness I had been carrying. It was such a thoughtful and special part of her care, and we left feeling so supported both physically and emotionally. It is so obvious that Autum truly loves what she does. Her care, passion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was the person beside us during such a life-changing experience. We are so incredibly grateful for Autum and everything she did for our family. She made us feel safe, informed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning through postpartum. We will 100% be using her again and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a doula. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️

I worked with Stephanie prenatally, during labor/delivery, and postpartum too. She was wonderful to work with, a great listener, guided me and my husband well through what we could expect with having our first child, supported me through my various anxieties, and really showed up for us during labor. She was a vital advocate for me while I was at the hospital. She is knowledgable about Spinning Babies (and has received their training), did a visualization exercise with my husband and I in thinking about the unknowns of parenthood and embracing all that was to come, and she was ready and prepared to support us when she came to the hospital. She supported me emotionally and physically through early labor and all the various interventions that became necessary because I was not dilating and my labor was not progressing. Loved working with Stephanie and would recommend her to anyone for support during the birth or new mom phase of life.

Selina was an answered prayer! Having an unmedicated, natural delivery was something I always wanted, but never thought I could do. Selina changed that. She prepared me beforehand, equipping me with every technique I needed so that when the time came, everything she taught me kicked in immediately! Beyond her knowledge, she constantly pointed me back to my faith in Jesus and taught me where to lean for strength when things felt overwhelming or got to the point where I felt I couldn't go on any longer. Between her guidance and the strength the Lord gave me, I was able to get through it all. If you want a doula who will truly equip, empower, and support you spiritually and physically, choose Selina, you won’t regret it!

From our very first introductory call, we knew that Gina was the right fit for us. Throughout my pregnancy, Gina’s extensive expertise and knowledge gave my wife and me the structure, tools, and education that made us confident in our decision making and how to ask the right questions of our providers. Using her knowledge of DMV OBGYN practices and hospitals, she helped us make the decision to switch practices at 30 weeks, which was my second best decision during pregnancy, after hiring Gina. When I was admitted to the hospital with severe complications at 34 weeks, she was by our side helping us digest information from multiple nurses and doctors, ask questions, and make the decisions that worked best for my health and our baby. Our beautiful boy was born at almost 35 weeks and after a lengthy hospital stay for me and a week in the NICU for baby, Gina helped us get set up postpartum to best take care of our boy. Before birth I would probably have trusted Gina with my life and during my birth she was a vital resource and partner to me and my wife as we navigated some truly difficult decisions and traumatic circumstances. We will always be deeply grateful to have met Gina and had the pleasure of working with her.

Luna is an incredible doula. Toward the end of my pregnancy, when I needed support most, she was there every step of the way — especially when my birth plan changed. With her support backing me, the parts of my plan that mattered most to me still happened, and I had a truly great birth experience. Her calm presence helps me stay strong and positive, and she contributed to the great vibes into the birth room which even the nurses and doctors commented on. It became a place of pure positive energy and joy, especially when my son was born. Since then, Luna continues to be an amazing support — helping around the house, spending time with the baby, and checking in often. Her calm, joyful presence and caring heart make all the difference. So grateful for her.
