I went through this-when you dont have any support, no one can understand you, even sometimes your friends or your family members. During my pregnant period I almost lost 2 my best friends because of I was expecting from them support that I never received, not because of they dont care, they just dont know how to deal with that. Life once surprised me with an unexpected home birth before the ambulance arrived. In that moment, I learned that staying calm, taking a deep breath, and having someone beside you can change everything. Since then, I’ve carried that feeling with me. I love listening, encouraging, making tea, holding a baby so a mom can rest, or simply sitting quietly when that’s what’s needed.
