At 25, a wife, and a mother of two boys (3 and 6 months), I bring a unique perspective to my practice. Balancing holistic approaches with an understanding of the essential role of western medical intervention, I ensure a supportive and diverse approach to each pregnancy. As a former hairstylist, I’ve transitioned my passion for nurturing to the realm of birth. Outside of doula work, you’ll find me indulging my Scorpio spirit, watercolor painting, enjoying music, and perhaps a bit too passionately savoring my coffee. My passion for birth work began at age 14 when I unexpectedly supported my aunt during an unplanned home birth. Being by her side during such a powerful moment showed me how meaningful it is to support mothers through labor, and it inspired my commitment to birth work. I have been a trained doula since 2022 and have supported approximately 15 mothers through 17 births. Through these experiences, I have developed confidence in providing emotional, physical, and informational support while remaining calm and attentive in fast-paced situations. My goal is always to help mothers feel safe, supported, and cared for. I hold current CPR and NRP certifications and have scheduled my renewal training to remain fully compliant. After going through multiple pregnancy losses and receiving support from other women, I knew that I wanted to learn how to support women through labor and birth, both in the extreme highs and extreme lows of that journey. I was trained in 2018 and have been practicing ever since! My doula career began in San Antonio and is now continuing in middle Tennessee, where I live with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I truly see doula work as a calling and ministry. I am passionate about empowering and supporting women, and I would love to walk alongside you in your pregnancy and birth!

My journey into birth work began from a deep passion for supporting women through one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. Becoming a mother changed me in the best way possible, and having good support by my side made that experience even more meaningful. Through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I learned firsthand how important it is for mothers to feel supported, informed, and deeply cared for. That experience ignited a passion in me to walk alongside other women and families during such a sacred and life-changing time. I believe birth is powerful, deeply personal, and instinctual. My philosophy is centered around offering compassionate, evidence-based support while honoring each family’s unique wishes and choices. I believe God intentionally designed birth with love and purpose. While every birth journey is unique, I believe women’s bodies were beautifully created for this process. My goal is to support mothers in feeling informed, empowered, and confident in the incredible strength and intuition God has given them. I believe every mother deserves to feel empowered, heard, and supported without judgment — whether that looks like an unmedicated birth, epidural, cesarean birth, breastfeeding support, or simply having someone by your side who makes you feel safe and cared for. My personal experiences with pregnancy, birth, and motherhood have shaped the way I support families. Motherhood has stretched me, softened me, and strengthened me in ways I never expected. It has deepened my empathy and helped me understand both the beauty and challenges that come with welcoming a baby and navigating postpartum life. I also openly share part of my story that has deeply shaped who I am today. I have a T-12 spinal cord injury. While this injury is part of my journey, it does not limit me from doing this work. If anything, it has empowered me to pursue it even more wholeheartedly. I am fully capable of offering hands-on support and care to the families I serve. While I do have a few small limitations, they are very minor, and I am always happy to have open conversations about them. More than anything, my injury has strengthened my resilience, compassion, and perspective on life. I truly believe God has used every part of my journey, both the beautiful and the difficult. It has molded me into the woman I am today. Through challenges, He has grown my faith, deepened my empathy, and given me a greater understanding of perseverance, grace, and the importance of support during vulnerable seasons of life. Those experiences are something I carry with me into every birth and postpartum space I enter. After moving to Tennessee, I felt deeply called to serve families within my community. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and judgment-free space where parents feel confident, educated, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It is truly an honor to support families as they welcome their baibies and step into this new season of life.

Hi, I'm a Holistic Doula and Herbalist. I am also a train Aromatherapist and Meditation Teacher. I use all of these skills and practices in my work as a supportive person during pregnancy, birth,and postpartum. I have many flexible package to choice from. I offer a free Herbal consultation with every client if they wish to use herbs, or teas. I do support wild pregnancy and unassisted birth/freebirth. I am also part of the LGBTQ+ community so I do feel great P.R.I.D.E when I have the honor to support queer families with fertility, birth, and during the postpartum period.
