Hi! My name is Natalie. I’m an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant® (IBCLC), LER Breastfeeding Specialist©, and a Birth and Postpartum Doula with 18 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I’m passionate about educating families through compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. I believe in building confidence through practical, sustainable routines and strategies that create a smoother, less stressful transition into parenthood. My goal is to ensure families feel nurtured, informed, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive long after our time together. When I’m not supporting families, I’m an avid reader and self-proclaimed book nerd who can usually be found with my nose in a book, wandering through bookstores, or reading outdoors at the park or beach!

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Birth Doula

My birth doula package includes two in-person prenatal visits, the option of an additional virtual prenatal visit, unlimited phone support throughout pregnancy, continuous in-person support during labor, and one postpartum follow-up visit (virtual or in person). A 50% deposit is required upon signing the service agreement to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Postpartum Overnight Doula (weeknights)

Postpartum doula services are tailored to each family’s unique needs and schedule. A nonrefundable booking fee is required to secure services, with care billed at an hourly rate. Additional details, including availability, and scheduling, will be discussed during our consultation.

Lactation Consult

IBCLC lactation consultations provide individualized, evidence-based assessment, guidance, and support for breastfeeding, pumping, milk supply concerns, latch difficulties, and other infant feeding challenges. Consultation Rates: Virtual Consultation: 1 hour — $150 In-Person Consultation: 2 hours — $300
