Nikole went above and beyond to assist my family in preparing for the birth of our baby. Nikole set up education FaceTimes with my husband overseas, and provided plenty of material for us to reference. She provided comfort to me and helped talk me through all of my options in the labor process so I was making the most informed decision. I was supported before, during, and after birth.

Nikole is a uniquely kind and supportive doula and educator. She is very generous with her time and wants to ensure all your questions are thoroughly addressed. She was a huge help to me and my husband during my unmedicated labor and birth at a hospital, and I believe her presence was a core reason I was able to forgo pain medications. One of the things I liked most about working with Nikole was that I never felt judged. I would absolutely work with her again for future births. The fact that she provides a variety of free courses to the community is a testament to her commitment to helping all people be more informed and empowered for pregnancy, labor, delivery, and beyond! Also, the photos she took during labor, birth, and after on our Polaroids are some of our most cherished possessions. We’re so grateful for Nikole’s time, energy, and support, and especially for helping us through the most important day of our lives as we welcomed our wonderful baby!

I met Nikole when she taught a childbirth class, and we instantly clicked! From that point on, she was an unwavering source of support, validation, information, and encouragement throughout my entire pregnancy. She walked me through all of my options, always prioritizing informed consent and empowering me to make decisions that felt right for me. She answered midnight texts and calls, calmed me through panic and emotional struggles, and never made me feel like a burden. When my birth plan completely unraveled and I needed an emergency medical induction—something I had deeply hoped to avoid—Nikole became our rock. It was a terrifying experience, but she created space for both my husband and me to process and breathe. She stood by our side, advocated for us when hospital staff dismissed our concerns, and gently demanded explanations we weren’t being given. She even took beautiful photos during and after the birth, capturing moments I’ll treasure forever. And when it was all over, she made sure we had food—because I didn’t want my husband to leave my side, and she knew that. Nikole was a godsend. I don’t know how I would have made it through without her, and I can say with full confidence: I will never give birth without her again. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
