About me

My name is Noelle Voltz-Mongold (BCD), and I’m a Full Spectrum Doula serving the Shenandoah Valley, including Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, Augusta County, and Charlottesville. My journey into birth and reproductive support began in 2020 in Northern Virginia, where I first felt called to walk alongside individuals during some of the most powerful and vulnerable moments of their lives. After moving to the Valley and settling into this beautiful community, I founded Embers of Empowerment Doula Services — a name that reflects my core mission: to help ignite the inner strength that already lives within you. I believe that everyone holds embers of empowerment; sometimes, we just need the right support to help those embers grow into a steady, roaring fire. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, birth, postpartum, abortion, loss, or any part of your reproductive journey, my role is to ensure you feel empowered, heard, and respected every step of the way.
