Giving birth at Henry Mayo in Valencia, CA. Labor doulas must have a current certification from an approved certifying body. Doula will ideally be familiar with Tricare and in network. First child, I’m 36 years old, married. No specific birth plan yet. Please specifically state if you have experience with patients with Tricare Prime. Lactation consultant is optional at this time, but if the doula can provide both services that’s a bonus.
Need help properly latching to breasts resulting in low feed volume and sleepy baby that wakes often due to hunger.
