Natural hospital birth with little interventions. I’m not sure about the rest
I am pregnant and planning a hospital birth. I have Medicaid coverage and am looking for a doula who accepts Medicaid. I would like support during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. I am interested in education, emotional support, advocacy during labor, and breastfeeding guidance. Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required. My budget is based on Medicaid-covered services.
Hi! This is my first baby, and I’m planning a hospital birth at Winnie Palmer in Orlando. My goal is to have an unmedicated, natural birth, and I would love the option of laboring in the bathtub. I’m looking for a doula who will help advocate for my birth preferences and make sure I feel supported, informed, and respected throughout labor and delivery. Some of my preferences include delayed cord clamping and declining certain newborn interventions, including vaccines. I’d also love someone who can help my husband and me prepare physically and mentally for birth, with techniques for managing labor naturally, coping strategies, and guidance for him on how to best support me. My budget is around $2,000. I’d love to hear about your services, what’s included in your birth package, and whether you have experience supporting unmedicated hospital births at Winnie Palmer.
