I have lived in Orlando since the summer of 2000 and received my BA in International Relations, before deciding that the work that sets my soul on fire is helping mamas and kiddos live mindful, meaningful lives where they trust their intuition and learn to love themselves unconditionally. My goal as a doula is to help moms realize that they have the inner strength to achieve the pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods of their dreams. I believe that childbirth is very intense, hard work, but is not designed to be traumatic, that children are a blessing from the Lord, and in most cases, the discomfort that comes with the WORK of childbirth can be managed well through mental, emotional, physical and spiritual conditioning to promote a smoother transition from the womb to the world..
