Hi there! My name is Cierra Flores, located in the beautiful Sunshine state serving the Treasure Coast. I am a certified Birth Doula, and the birth of my beautiful baby girl is what inspired my new found doula journey. I had the most incredible home birth experience, and I want share that experience with families I serve and help you achieve the birth experience you want! I want to provide a safe space, judgement free, and raw beauty birth experience. In my free time I love to enjoy the outdoors, playing sports, and spending with my family and fur babies.
Free consultation, followed by 3 prenatal visits, birth support, and 2 postpartum visits within 2 weeks of birth. Each appointment is a minimum of one hour.
Free consultation and birth only. No prenatal or postpartum meetings are included in this package.
I currently offer birth doula services. This includes a free consultation, followed by 3 prenatal visits, your birth, and 2 postpartum visits. I will be available 24/7 on the phone after 36 weeks. I will be there through the labor and delivery process and stay until breastfeeding is established. Each visit will be a minimum of 1 hour and postpartum visits will both be done within the first 2 weeks of giving birth.
Cierra was an amazing communicator during my prenatal journey. We spoke about my birth plan and she showed up for me when I needed her most without any judgment. She was VERY comforting to my husband which was very helpful for me. She helped him better help me during the birthing process. Cierra visited us postpartum which felt so refreshing. I can’t say enough about Cierra Flores, not only as a doula, but also as a human, a mother, and a friend. She is supportive in more ways than you even expect to need. She can be tough, but only when she knows you need it. She is always willing to help you in absolutely any way she can-if she knows a way to lighten your load, trust that it will be done. Cierra was recommended to me by a friend and I am SO thankful to have had her through my pregnancy, birth & postpartum, plus the friendship we actually developed throughout the entire process! Cierra was well educated and always so sweet and never made me feel crazy for any and all of the questions I threw her way- as a first time mom, I had a lot lol. Anything she was unsure of she would go out of her way to provide me with several different educational materials/links etc to help provide me with information. She went above and beyond during my hospital stay before, during & after birth and I don't know what I would have done without her support. She is so genuine and LOVES what she does, I think having the support of someone so passionate about the experience makes a world of a difference. She also did the placenta print for me and I hadn't even heard of that before- but it is so special and hangs in my girls nursery. If I have more babies in the future- I definitely won't do it without Cierra.
