About me

Dr. Jodi supports families near Cincinnati & Dayton, Ohio as they grow through all of life’s seasons, including the journey of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, back-to-work and beyond. She also co-owns BWS Doulas, a full-service team of educated and compassionate birth and postpartum doulas serving the Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus areas. Drawing from her former career as a college professor and academic researcher, she uses skills in teaching and mentorship to walk side-by-side with you during these big life transitions. As an Evidence Based Birth® childbirth instructor and compassionate birth doula, Dr. Jodi blends her expertise in public health and her passion for supporting families to bring you quality support and education. With a knack for distilling complex health information into digestible insights, she gives you knowledge and real tools to help you navigate your journey with confidence. She can’t wait to begin working with you, providing evidence based and compassionate, intuitive care.
