This is my second pregnancy I’m 38 weeks pregnant now. My first was vaginal birth. This time I will be having a scheduled C-Section, my babygirl didn’t go head down so she is breeched. I’m looking for help, support, assistance, more info on what to do after surgery & how to heal better. Having night time care while I heal would be nice. Maybe twice a week.

I plan to give birth at. Hospital and it’s my first baby. I was informed about doula to help make sure I give birth in a comfortable safe environment away from pressure from the doctor. I heard that my health insurance might cover it. I don’t want to be induce to give birth if my baby isn’t ready on the due date given. Hello! This is my second baby and I’ll be having a hospital birth but I’d love to go unmedicated with as few interventions as possible and really want someone who can help me through the birthing process as well as advocate for me when I’m in a vulnerable state and coach me through the birth. I went 8cm with no epidural with my first, but had no idea until after I got it and really felt like with some coaching I could have made it through. Hi! We're first-time parents in Santa Clarita expecting our first baby around October 8. My husband and I will both be home the first two weeks. We're looking for a postpartum doula for about to 5 -6 hours at night, 4 to 5 days a week, for the first two weeks. Our main needs: help us learn newborn basics (feeding, soothing, sleep), feeding support as we figure out nursing and pumping, and recovery support for me. Light help with bottles, pump parts, and baby laundry is a plus. We don't need meal prep. Ideally someone experienced with first-time parents, CPR and first-aid certified, and comfortable supporting a possible C-section recovery. We'd love to do a quick intro call this week.

We plan to give birth at Henry mayo hospital. I don't want to be constantly bothered while in labor though and am not sure if hospital is the best way for me to go. I have thought about birthing centers but just don't know what I should do. I want to have a natural birth but don't want to not have the option of an epidural if I have too much pain/ huge baby. I also want to be able to voice that I want to space the vaccines out once baby is born and have the ability to move around or change positions for a more comfortable birth. I have been trying to prepare myself for birth now as well as doing pelvic opening and strengthen workouts but want to make sure I'm doing enough to help With birth and my recovery after birth. I just want my husband in the room. This is our first baby so we are learning a lot. We wouldn't want to go over $1000 for our budget since we are a one income household.
