Giving birth in a hospital and would like to avoid c section

I am planning for a VBAC at a hospital and need support for a successful VBAC. I also need postpartum care and honestly just extra hands around the house with a newborn and toddler and a dog. Postpartum meals, house work, laundry, tidying etc

I’d like to give birth at a birthing center but my husband is leaning towards a hospital. I mainly want it to be a natural birth and to labor how I feel most comfortable. I don’t want to be pressured or pushed by the hospital in any way (including delayed cord clamping, keeping vernix on etc). My budget is $5k max if possible but not sure how much these services are (would like to use insurance if I can). My insurance is Aetna Choice II POS.

Hi, My wife is currently 28 weeks pregnant. She is struggling with feelings of overwhelmingness, which stems from her worrying about her own hearlth, our baby's health, and carrying out every day tasks. I (husband) am working right now and she stays at home with a dog that's 1 years old. We recently moved to the Van Nuys area, so it's been an adjustment settling in. She is also planning a baby shower, which has been a huge source of stress. She is pre-diabetic and has been very carefully monitoring her blood sugar levels, which is another source of stress. I am looking for a duola to help her feel reassured and can help guide her in overall pregnacy tips before our baby is born. Im a first time mom looking for day care for approximately 8 hours a day 4-5 days a week. For provider, I’m looking for a certified postpartum Douala with at least a few years of experience. No requirement for second language spoken but I speak Spanish fluently and some Mandarin. My son is 3 weeks old and is currently exclusively breast fed. I’m interested in help with meal prep/cooking, laundry, and minimal cleaning around the house. I need more sleep during the day and would like baby care while I take a nap or two.
