Hello, my name is Paula Connor, and I am an experienced IBCLC. I have dedicated 19 years to serving women and children, with the last seven years focusing on lactation support. The Chattanooga, TN area is in great need of community support, and I am here to help! I offer both group and one-on-one breastfeeding classes to prepare families for their breastfeeding journey. Additionally, I provide assistance once families are home to ensure that babies are gaining weight, latching comfortably and that families feel confident in the transition to caregiving. What to expect

I offer group and one-on-one breastfeeding classes. This covers preparation before delivery, the hospital stay, and touches on life at home. During a one-on-one visit, I answer your questions and measure the flange fit for your breast pump. We discuss colostrum catching and the first 48 hours of your hospital stay. You receive syringes to collect colostrum.

Does checking my insurance mean I am committing to an appointment?

No. This will just let you know if my service is covered in your plan. We would connect after to discuss your needs.

How does a televisit work?

Most of the time, there will need to be two adults present for the visit. You will need someone to position the camera so I can see what the baby is doing at the breast. Having a scale of some sort would also be helpful. We will touch base before the appointment to make sure we can cover everything that you need during that time.

How much does Paula charge?

Paula's self pay rates package is $150 USD, flat rate.

Does Paula accept insurance?
