Hello! I’m a compassionate Registered Nurse and Doula dedicated to supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, and the transition into parenthood. My approach combines professional healthcare experience with nurturing, individualized support that honors each family’s unique needs, values, and birth preferences. I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, informed, and empowered throughout her journey. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early postpartum days, or simply looking for a trusted and calming presence, I’m here to provide education, advocacy, emotional reassurance, and hands-on support. Postpartum Doula Services * Newborn Care Support — diapering, soothing, swaddling, burping, and general newborn care * Feeding Support — assistance with breastfeeding/chestfeeding, bottle-feeding, positioning, and recognizing feeding cues within doula scope * Maternal Recovery Support — comfort measures, hydration, nutrition reminders, and encouragement during postpartum recovery * Parent Rest & Respite — caring for baby while parents nap, shower, eat, or take time to recharge * Newborn Education — guidance on newborn behaviors, cues, routines, and developmental expectations * Safe Sleep Education — education on current infant safe-sleep practices * Emotional Support — compassionate, nonjudgmental listening and reassurance during the postpartum transition * Partner & Family Support — helping partners and family members become more comfortable and confident with newborn care * Light Baby-Related Household Support — washing bottles, organizing baby supplies, baby laundry, and maintaining the baby’s immediate care area * Postpartum Resource Guidance — assistance connecting with lactation, pediatric, maternal-health, and community resources when needed
