Hi, I'm Piper Caryl, an IBCLC, Childbirth Educator and Certified Child Sleep Consultant based in Manchester, NH. I offer in-person lactation consults across the Manchester area, including Portsmouth, Windham, and northern Massachusetts, plus childbirth education and lactation prep (live on Zoom and as a downloadable course). My approach is evidence-based, non-judgmental, and personalized — I listen to you, I laugh with you, and I walk with you through it. With a background in maternal-child medicine and as a mom who's been in the trenches myself, I bring calm, creative clarity to the whirlwind of new parenthood.
