This is my final baby, number 6, & I have always wanted to have a Doula but never actually did it. Im looking for support at delivery and postpartum. I plan to have an unmedicated birth and want to try hypno birthing method or any type of breathing techniques that will help with labor. I want to experience a peaceful and centered birth as much as possible. My last 2 deliveries have been unmedicated and quick.
