I have been in the birth world since 2006 as a doula, certified lactation counselor, childbirth educator and midwifery apprentice. Hello, my name is Alanacapri and I am Certified Postpartum Doula. I currently work for myself and I assist new moms after birth. I can help with housework, laundry, meal prep, caring for baby while Mom sleeps, showers or just takes a break. I can assist mom and provide referrals for/answer questions and concerns regarding the baby or her recovery. The benefits to my service is largely that mom doesn't feel like everything is all on her, during a time that she needs to focus on recovery.
