Hi, I'm Rochelle! I'm a mom to three amazing kids, ages 20, 13, and 8, which means I'm living in ALL the seasons of motherhood at once! From college to junior high and elementary school, life is full, fun, and always keeping me on my toes. My love for birth started when I was just 12 years old and witnessed my first baby being born. That experience stayed with me and sparked a passion I've carried ever since. After years of supporting women through birth, I became a trained birth doula three years ago, and I'm now working toward becoming a childbirth educator and lactation consultant. My doula style is laid-back, encouraging, and rooted in education, open communication, and a little humor! I've supported all types of births, and one thing I believe strongly is that your birth isn't about me, my preferences, or my convictions. It's about YOU. I'm 100% committed to respecting your values, choices, and wishes, whatever those look like. My role is to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident while creating the safe, compassionate, and supportive birth environment you envision. My husband and I have nothing but incredible things to say about Rochelle with Crowning Achievement! Having her as our doula meant we were educated on all things birth throughout pregnancy, she'd be with us to support our "birth plan," and she'd be equipped to help guide us through any unforeseen changes throughout labor & delivery. With our dream unmedicated birth now behind us, her knowledge and experience really is priceless and I can't imagine ever going through labor and delivery again without her! She supported me physically through various coping methods, mentally/emotionally by being a strong and safe figure, and she even helped guide my husband who received a lot of coaching for how to support me best. My husband says it wouldn't have been the same experience and we wouldn't have been able to go unmedicated like we did without her - I second that! She spent so much time learning about me and my preferences to know exactly what I needed in the moment and did the best job at keeping communication open throughout labor. She was also the best bridge between us and the hospital staff and they also raved about her which was really awesome to hear! If you're wanting to learn more about doula support during birth, do not hesitate to reach out to Rochelle for even just an introductory call! She's truly the WHOLE package and we get to look back on how empowered, calm, and dare I even say "light-hearted" our birth was largely because of Rochelle. Like I said, nothing but incredible things to say. 10/10!!

Hello! Are you looking for in home Childbirth Education or Postpartum weekend support? Thank you for looking at my profile. I'm excited to learn all about you and how best I can support you! I have worked as a Nanny for 17 years and I'm a mother to 4 of my own who are now adults. I work with a local postpartum doula agency but I am able to take clients that I meet on my own. Like you! I am registered on Trustline with a clean background, and CPR certified. I have completed 2 DONA workshops, Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula, but still working on my certification. I am a certified Childbirth Educator through Cornerstone Doula Training. The services I provide are: *Childbirth Education from a physiological standpoint and evidence based information. *Postpartum Doula support for overnights or daytime schedules. What that includes is a list created with you. Like many of us who have decided to become Doulas, I would like to provide the support and resources that I would have enjoyed. I have vivid postpartum memories of struggling to get through each day while absolutely sleep deprived and so stressed that I'm doing everything wrong. My goal is help you rest, feel nourished, and supported! I know that each parent and family are unique! My goal is to learn from you how can I support you. I'm not going to walk in assuming that I know how you feel or what your needs are. Every person is different! I feel each birthing and postpartum person deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. My fees are on the lower end than those you find with Doulas and Childbirth Educators with experience specific to birth work. Thank you for reading! I look forward to working with you.

I can’t say enough good things about Megan—she was an absolute godsend during the postpartum period. From the moment she walked into our home, she brought a calm, nurturing presence that made me feel supported, seen, and truly cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of our space and routines, and seemed to intuitively know what I needed—whether it was a warm meal, help with the baby, a listening ear, or just some time to rest. Her gentle guidance helped me build confidence as a new parent, and her emotional support was just as invaluable as her practical help. I always felt safe and never judged, which made a huge difference during such a vulnerable time. I’m so grateful to have had her by my side in those early weeks, and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve made it through without her. Highly, highly recommend her to any new parent looking for compassionate and professional postpartum care.

Brianna has been incredibly helpful in my journey to feeding my child. From breast-feeding, to proper latch, to weight gain, to finding and changing formulas, then fully weaning my child… She has been there alongside me, helping me be the best version of myself. She has the most kind and supportive demeanor. Although I started off feeling a lot of frustration on my feeding journey because I couldn’t breast feed how I wanted, I’ve only ever felt my baby and I were supportsd loved and cared for by Brianna. Ultimately we developed the perfect latch for my son and the perfect milk supply. I never got mastitis once even while I was weaning him and drying up milk. I’m so grateful I had Brianna to help me navigate my feeding journey because it went so smoothly! I also used her night nanny services and she and her team were outstanding in supporting me a few days a week to give me a little time to myself and give me tips and tricks for navigating the newborn stage at night! Thank you so much Brianna, I’m a better version of myself because of your support!

My name is Val, and I have over two decades as a birth doula in San Diego, California. I have a health care background and value this aspect of bringing my experience to all the births I support. My philosophy for birth, is to remember that a woman will always remember how she was spoken to, and treated on the day of her giving birth. I love this work, it is a calling and truly an honor to be invited to a birth. I had a mom tell me one time, while she was searching for a doula, after asking her sister who had used a doula for her second birth, responded with the following: "Using a doula is the difference of flying first class compared to coach!" This mom went on to have a fantastic experience.

Where do I even begin. Val gave me the most incredible birth experience, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without her. You can immediately tell she has a strong background and a lot of experience. There’s a calm confidence about her that made me feel safe from the very beginning. It gave me so much peace of mind, especially as a first-time mom who was honestly SO nervous and scared to give birth. She was patient, attentive, and unbelievably kind. In moments where I felt anxious or unsure, she grounded me. She empowered me in a way I didn’t know I needed. She made me feel strong and capable. What I loved most is how she truly catered everything to me. She listened, she adjusted, she showed up exactly how I needed her to. And she did it all while feeling so personable and warm. I cannot thank her enough for the role she played in bringing my baby into the world. I will absolutely want her by my side for any future births. 🤍

I live in OC with my three amazing children! If I’m not at a birth, you will find us at the beach surfing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors. I fell in love with all things birth when I became pregnant with my 1st child in 2008. As an avid reader and researcher, I made it my goal to learn everything I possibly could about the biology and physiology of birth, and how to have optimal health during and after pregnancy for both me and my baby. Like many first-time moms I have worked with, I had hesitations about giving birth to my 1st baby outside of a hospital setting. After all my research, classes, and conversations with midwives, I gained confidence in aiming for an unmedicated birthing experience. I found some lovely midwifes who had a midwifery ward in a hospital and gave birth to my 1st son unmedicated. Twenty-four hours of intense back labor from a posterior-positioned baby …but, I did it! My body actually did it! After birthing my first, statistically knowing it was the most challenging and longest labor, gave me confidence to choose home births for my second and third children. I had a successful home water birth with my second child and wanted to repeat that with my third. However, while laboring on the toilet with him, I suddenly dropped to my knees when he began to crown, and he became known as my bathroom floor “butter birth” baby :). Though I chose unmedicated births for myself, I do know it is not for everyone, which is more than OK! I quickly learned from my role as a doula that every woman’s body, medical history, and background are uniquely different. Many factors play into choosing the right birth for you. I am here to come alongside you, help you make an informed decision, and then support you every step of the way. I offer very personable and compassionate care. My approach is non-agenda-based, trauma-informed, and holistic-minded. No matter your history or past experiences, I am here to be a safe place for you. I will help educate, support, and advocate for you and your personal wishes. I look forward getting to know you and building a trusting relationship to where you feel 100% comfortable having me by your side for one of the biggest days of your life. 🙂 I am here for you! Oh my God, I love Pearl! Every time I need to book an appointment, I look forward to seeing her. During my prenatal visits, she was always so supportive. Whenever I complained about back pain, she would give me a back rub that really helped. She also taught me breathing techniques and shared many helpful tips throughout my pregnancy. After my baby was born, Pearl continued to be an amazing support. She showed me how to bathe my baby and helped me feel more confident as a new mom. She would even watch my baby while I took a shower, ate a meal, or took care of personal things. I highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive doula. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

Jessica was a major reason why I was ultimately able to accomplish my goal of an unmedicated birth with my first baby! Her pre-birth sessions really helped prepare us for what to expect at the hospital and the birth plan she made for us helped keep the medical staff aligned with our goals. In the delivery room, no offense to my husband who was great too, but it was so valuable to have her by my side during labor especially when the nurses weren’t in the room. She kept me confident in achieving my goal even when I thought about asking for medication. She has visited several times after birth and has been so generous with her time, expertise, and even amazing cooking! We still keep in touch to this day. I highly recommend working with her!

This September, my husband and I had the pleasure of having Noa as our birth doula, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her and Alex. From the very beginning, we felt so comfortable, supported, and connected with them. They made themselves incredibly accessible throughout the entire experience and provided us with resources for anything we needed, even beyond what they directly covered. I had a 20-hour labor and delivery that was completely unmedicated, and I truly don’t believe I could have gotten through it without Noa by my side. Her encouragement, guidance, and reassurance through every stage of labor and every intense contraction were exactly what I needed. Because of the labor preparation they provided, my husband felt confident helping me through the beginning stages of labor, and once we got to the hospital, he and Noa worked seamlessly as a team to make sure my needs were always being met. As a nurse myself, I initially didn’t think I would need an advocate to help me with my birth preferences. But we were incredibly grateful to have Noa there. She was there to remind the healthcare team of our wishes, advocate for our preferences, and remain firm when needed, allowing my husband and me to stay focused on the birth of our baby. Noa was such an integral part of one of the most important experiences of our lives. She went above and beyond in every way, and we will forever consider her family. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and already know she will be by our side for all of our future births. We cannot recommend Noa and Alex enough! ❤️

Noa was our labor doula, and my husband and I feel so fortunate to have had her support in the lead up to our baby’s birth. She is the kindest human being, and her calming presence made preparing for labor feel less scary. Noa is incredibly knowledgeable about the science of pregnancy and childbirth, while also bringing a grounding, spiritual element. We attended her classes and learned so much about preparing for birth, navigating labor, and what to expect after our baby arrived. The information she shared was very helpful during labor and in the early postpartum period. We absolutely love Noa and highly recommend her as a labor doula!!! We hope to work with her again for our future babies!
