As a doula, I support families in all birth spaces, striving to reduce or eliminate trauma and facilitate an empowering experience for the parents, and set up your babies nervous system for calm and peace- something that will remain with them for life.

Doula services
4 prenatal appointments to build a relationship, discuss your birth plan, practice comfort measures, and talk through whatever is important for your unique birth. Support through labor and birth via comfort measures, acupressure, spiritual/ mental support. Protection of the golden hour, help with the first latch, and set up for postpartum. One postpartum visit.
