I had proscovia for 3 months as a Newborn Care Specialist/postpartum doula. She was really God that I had anxiety of 100% and she helped me to take it down to 0%. She took care of my baby in the night and indeed I had enough rest to enjoy my baby during the day. By the time her contract ended my baby could sleep for more than 6 hours which was great.
