Becoming a doula stemmed from a deeply personal journey for me. As a mother of 5, I have personally experienced the highs and lows of childbirth, including heartbreaking miscarriages, and scary pregnancy complications that left me feeling vulnerable and alone. These experiences ignited a spiritual calling within me to support and comfort other mothers during their birthing journeys. I saw the need for a compassionate advocate to stand by their side, providing guidance, emotional support, and a comforting presence throughout the transformative process of bringing new life into the world. It is through my own trials and triumphs that I found my purpose as a doula, driven by empathy and a heartfelt desire to be a source of strength for other women during one of the most significant moments of their lives.
