Packages
Overnight Postpartum Support
My overnight postpartum support is designed to help your family get the rest you need while I care for your newborn during the night. I arrive in the evening and provide hands-on newborn care including feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, and settling baby back to sleep so you can rest uninterrupted. During the night, I continue to monitor and respond to your baby’s needs while handling feeds, soothing, and tracking patterns as needed. During quiet periods, I rest while remaining fully available to your baby throughout the shift. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment so you can wake up feeling more rested and confident.

Rachel supported our family as a postpartum doula after we welcomed our twins in early March. She was fantastic! She helped us navigate life as a new family of 5 (we also had a 2 year old at home when the twins were born), and provided many great tips for breastfeeding, sleep training, and dealing with the changes that come with this season of life. We often referred to her as the baby whisperer because the twins slept so well when she was with them. She made delicious recipes and coached us up when we were dealing with a rebellious toddler, always assuring that no hard phase is forever. I cannot recommend Rachel enough! She gave us a strong foundation and the confidence to know that we could do it on our own, and our twins (and family) are thriving at 4 months old!

Rachel came into our lives early on in the postpartum period when we were really struggling and sleep deprived. She helped with a few overnights so that we could get some much needed sleep. I had difficulty trusting anyone with my son's care besides myself, and after a first impression, Rachel put us at ease almost immediately and I felt safe leaving my son in her hands. She is kind, gentle, compassionate, and provided calm and comfort to us during such a difficult time. I was newly breastfeeding and she supported and empowered me and gave me confidence that I was doing a good job. We have the most gratitude for her support during those early weeks. Thank you Rachel!

We had an amazing experience with Rachel as our postpartum doula and would highly recommend her, especially to first-time parents. She helped us navigate the newborn phase with so much patience, warmth, and confidence, making what could have been an overwhelming time feel much more manageable. She was incredibly knowledgeable and hands-on with the baby, guiding us through feeding, soothing, diaper changes, swaddling, and establishing good newborn routines. Beyond helping with baby care, she took the time to teach us and answer all of our questions, which gave us so much confidence as new parents. She was always warm, friendly, and reassuring, and it was clear how much she genuinely cared about both our baby and our family. Having her support during those first few weeks made a world of difference, and we’re so grateful for her guidance and kindness.
