Rachel (Roo) is one of the most selfless people I know. She is beyond caring and compassionate. She was so flexible, available when I needed her, and ready to lend a hand with anything. She sat next to me as I rode the waves of postpartum with my first. My second was born at 25 weeks, and Roo got special training to ensure we felt comfortable with her providing overnight care. I have always felt at ease when Roo is with me. She supported our entire family and has been there for us every step of the way!

Rachel was the additional blessing we needed after Madeleine was born. I'm a first time mom and this experience was so much easier on my husband and I, both physically and emotionally with her there. She wasn't just there to take care of Maddy's needs, but also gave us reassurance that we are doing everything right, we're going to be ok, and most importantly that Maddy had the care and comfort she needed. We used Rachel as our postpartum dual and can not say enough good things about her surface it was. She was helpful an educated, she held this with a any arising issues and answered every question that we through her way. If she did not know the answer, she would do her best to get us every source that could give us a direct answer. Day or night, she was readily available she set us up for a successful day a had. Bottles were sanitized, she made a few for us before she laughed. She was very loving and treated are some like her own. She always left him sad and change so my wife and I could get some extra sleep. He would we will be using Rachel again when the time comes
