Service introduction

I’m a mother to 5 wonderful children ranging from 17 to 6 years old. I became a mother at 20 years old and it was such a soul changing experience. Becoming a mother made me reevaluate my life goals and fully embrace the rollercoaster ride of parenthood. Birth is a powerful and unique experience. Having 5 very different birth experiences inspired me to support others to achieve their birth wishes. I hold space to enable a calm and relaxed environment. No matter what your birth looks like, I am there to support the whole family. I pride myself in kind, individualised and compassionate care. I aim to ensure that all my clients feel like their story is heard and have an opportunity to ask any questions. I offer extensive follow up care and lots of laughter along the way. I’ve supported hundreds of families in my time in feeding support but I am now qualified officially as a birth doula. I am now seeking my first clients to honour me with holding space and supporting them through their pregnancy and beyond. I cover mainly central London but am happy to discuss further afield, as long as it is accessible by public transport. I am also happy to provide breastfeeding support on our postnatal visit. If the issue is complicated, it may be more suited to a Lactation Consultation visit (discount applies) I have an enhanced DBS check and am up to date with First Aid training. I have attend an Introduction to Hypnobirthing course and am happy to support families with this. My support package includes: –2 antenatal consultations. A chance to debrief on thoughts or apprehensions around becoming a parent, discussion on birth wishes, how I can best support you as your doula, any questions around feeding your baby. Unhurried in the comfort of your own home, or virtually if preferred. –4 weeks of me being on call 24/7 for the birth. (From 38-42 weeks) Day or night, call me when you feel birth is imminent and you need my support. I will make my way to you as soon as realistically possible. –Postnatal visit. Support with feeding, birth debrief, practical help and care of baby, if needed. If you feel I may be the right fit for you and your family, please contact me so we can book in a time to talk through your requirements and how I can best support you.
