I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I have Kaiser insurance and plan to deliver at Kaiser Baldwin Park. I’m looking for a supportive, experienced birth doula who can provide guidance during the remainder of my pregnancy and support me through labor and delivery. Since I’m reaching out later in pregnancy, I’d especially like someone comfortable taking clients at this stage.

First-time mom planning a hospital birth at Pomona Valley Hospital and looking for a birth/postpartum doula with a practical, evidence-based approach. I would like support during pregnancy with education, preparing for labor, helping me understand my options, and creating a birth plan/preferences document. During labor, I’m looking for someone calm and supportive who can help me advocate for myself, ask questions, and help me process decisions without pressure unless medically necessary. Postpartum support is my biggest priority. I would like help with recovery, breastfeeding/pumping support, newborn guidance, emotional reassurance, and preparing to return to work as an elementary teacher. I am hoping to breastfeed/pump and would value someone knowledgeable about lactation and pumping for working moms. I am open to holistic approaches as long as they are grounded in research and evidence-based care. I am not looking for an anti-medical approach and am comfortable with hospital care and interventions when medically necessary. I would prefer someone experienced with first-time moms and familiar with Pomona Valley Hospital or the surrounding area (La Verne/Claremont/Upland/Pomona).

I feel that I will need professional help mentally since this is my first time going through this and not knowing what to expect at the age of 18.

I am a first time mom looking for birth doula and birthing education! We are an LGBTQ family and need someone willing to support/work with us. We want to do hospital birth because I have a low lying placenta but I struggle with not knowing what questions to ask/how to advocate.

Who the care is for: Our family. I will have a newborn daughter (due date around December 2026, possibly November if she arrives early) and I have an 8 year old son. I will be recovering postpartum and want to stay focused on bonding with the baby without getting pulled into household tasks. Days and hours needed: Daily, evening hours (roughly dinner time through bedtime), for about 2 to 4 weeks, starting after the baby arrives. Flexible on exact timing, happy to adjust as our routine settles. Extra duties: - Warming up dinner - Prepping my son's lunch for the next school day - Checking that his homework is done - Light cleaning: vacuuming kitchen/dining area, tidying common rooms - Taking out trash and recycling - Running a load of laundry as needed - Occasionally watching the baby while I shower - Help restocking postpartum/baby supplies, freezing pumped milk and washing pump parts, and grabbing nursing snacks/drinks I keep on hand My husband will be home during these hours too. We just want an extra set of hands so neither of us is stuck doing chores instead of resting or spending time with the kids. Budget: $35 to $40/hour, depending on experience.

Already have my birth plan figured out and mainly looking for support and advocacy during labor for me and my partner and to learn any helpful information for first time motherhood. Also looking for support and knowledge in breastfeeding where I can improve! Looking for a doula that accepts Tricare Select. I plan on needing doula support during the whole labor and my insurance covers a total of 6 hours of doula support before and/or after birth.

My goal for this birth is to have a calm, natural, and empowering experience with as few medical interventions as possible. My first preference is a planned home birth, with a birth center as my second choice if home birth is not appropriate. I would like to have an unmedicated labor and birth, with the freedom to move around, change positions, use comfort measures, and listen to my body throughout labor. I would like my doula/midwife to provide continuous emotional and physical support, encouragement, and guidance while helping me feel informed and involved in decisions throughout the process. I want to create a peaceful environment where I can feel safe, supported, and confident in my ability to birth my baby. I understand that plans may need to change if a medical concern arises, and I am open to transferring to a hospital if it becomes necessary for my or my baby’s safety. My priority is a healthy baby and a healthy mother while preserving as much of the natural, low-intervention birth experience as safely possible.

My wife and I are currently looking for a birth doula Our estimated due date is March 28, 2027, and we are planning to deliver at Hoag Hospital. We have Anthem Blue Cross insurance through LAUSD, and we are currently trying to confirm our doula benefits and which providers may be covered in-network. We also found that National Doula Network appears in-network under our Anthem plan. Could you please let us know whether you currently accept or bill Anthem Blue Cross, whether you work through National Doula Network or another insurance network, and whether your services for prenatal support, labor/birth support at Hoag, and postpartum care may be covered through insurance? Giving birth at saddleback memorial care. Hoping to get this covered by insurance for the most part. Birth plan: get epidural and id prefer a vaginal birth and to avoid episiotomy If possible. What ever my doctor thinks is the safest option for baby and I , I am okay with. I’d like my baby to be circumcised as soon as possible. I have Aetna elect choice open access

My plan is to give birth either at the temecula valley hospital or on base hospital on camp pendleton, my estimated budget is around $6,000-$7,000 for 2-3 months of care. My birth plan is still something i’m working out since i am a first time mom. and im early in my 1st trimester. age to me does not matter as long as they are fully certified in the field, know CPR, and have at least 5-6 years of experience. My baby will be around 2weeks old when i start care so my main concern is that during the night time baby baby is woken up and feed as needed, only cleaning wise that would maybe have to be done is just dishes and washing laundry (not folding just washing and drying)
