Hi, I'm Rikki, I'm a lactation consultant and labor and delivery RN. With over 10 years of experience in lactation. I'm here to guide you through questions, challenges, and milestones in your lactation journey. From prebirth education to weaning tips, I focus on providing tailored support that meets each family's unique needs. Currently, I accept insurance through both The Lactation Network and Wildflower (Cigna). I would love to help you during this special chapter of parenthood!

I offer lactation support from prenatal sessions, to best prepare you, to weaning support, as you end your breastfeeding journey. We work together to troubleshoot any issues, including but not limited to, latch, nipple pain, milk supply, engorgement, positioning, pumping, feeding multiples, tandem feeding, & going back to work.
