I’m planning to deliver at NY Presbyterian 168th Street. Our budget is up to $2,000. It’s important for me to deliver naturally without epidural. I want the optimal cord clamping, skin-to-skin, no vit K, no eye ointments, no vaccines right after birth. I would like to change positions during labor. I would like the doula to instruct me on breathing techniques before I go into labor and also see us after I give birth to show the basics of a newborn care.
