I specialize in perinatal anxiety & mood disorders (PMAD) and provide education, resources, and support for those who think they may, or are already experiencing PMAD's. This transition is hard. It's not just welcoming home a new baby, it's radically accepting a new identity, a new routine, a new personality of yourselves. Theres no reason to have to struggle through alone thinking something is wrong with you. This is very common. Beyond birthwork, I am a certified peristeam facilitator trained through Steamy Chick, following my own positive experiences with vaginal steaming for menstrual wellness. In 2021, I earned certification as a lactation support counselor, with a focus on bridging gaps in breastfeeding support for Black families and fostering a more inclusive, informed community.
