I had an amazing experience with my doula! Sabia played such a vital role in supporting birthing me through one of the most intense, transformative times of my lives. She offered emotional support, physical comfort, and educational guidance before, during, and after birth. She helped with techniques for pain relief, such as breathing exercises, massage, and positioning, while providing constant reassurance and advocacy so that I felt feel empowered and understood.
