I do want a low light, quiet(ish) natural birth with little to no interference. I intend for it to be a solo birth with my partner coming after due to my need of silence and concentration! This is something I want to be personal with focus only being on baby. I want delayed cord clamping ( wait until cord is white and not pulsing before cutting) NO PICTOCIN! Stadol is the only pain med I’d accept but that’s only if pain becomes unbearable. ( I’d like to make 3 requests before being given into). I’d like to try different positions to progress in labor but not to push on my back.
