Would like to plan a home birth with midwife and/or doula support, ideal if provider is covered by Tricare but not a deal breaker

My goal is a low intervention VBAC. Open to either home or hospital—but I am leaning towards laboring at home for as long as I can before giving birth at a hospital. I am in search of a Midwife or Monitrice (LM or CPM perhaps?) who can help me labor safely at home (provide fetal monitoring, look for signs of rupture, preform cervical exams if necessary.) I don't have insurance so I am paying out of pocket for ultrasound, lab work, anatomy scan etc. I want the anatomy scan read to me in case the office isn't able to read the results to me.

I am really wanting a midwife experience, alongside a hospital birth. My husband and I have Kaiser insurance, and understand that a lot of midwives don’t accept that healthcare plan. Hoping to see a midwife for prenatal care and birth in a hospital!

I’m open to giving birth wherever it’s possible, preferably hospital because it’s safer but I’m open to home birth too, if I get enough of education and coaching. I am also going to be alone for this, my husband works nights, my family doesn’t live around, my mom can come to be with me few times a year for a bit. I’d pay using anthem ppo. Want to reduce the cesarean and I’m open to pain meds, as I have low pain tolerance. I get anxious and tend to be panicky. I’d love to prevent tearing, I have raynaund’s phenomenon and my nipples are sensitive.
