First time parent just got positive at home pregnancy test

Midwife with experience supporting miscarriage and is a follower of Jesus.

I plan to give birth at a hospital with no or low interventions. I plan on breastfeeding my baby.

So I’m really close to labor now, my due date given is Aug 8. I’m really leaning towards laboring at home. I’m trying to find someone who can help us in this last month for a small preparation before labor comes and the best tips and tricks on trying to have the smoothest labor possible. I have not seen a provider since I was 12 weeks and I’m now 34 weeks. But I truly believe in Gods hand throughout this pregnancy and the route He wants me to take. My highest concern of laboring at home is just the after of when the baby is here and once the time comes for cutting umbilical cord and everything that comes after birth (documentation, delayed cord clamping, what to do with placenta) I know most people don’t accept medical but my family income is low and would appreciate if someone can work something affordable for us as I’m not looking for too much sessions.

Definitely would love more direction in the process. Currently looking at my options for birth and just want to choose the least stressed environment as possible.

I need a midwife who is comfortable helping counsel me through my pregnancy and to labor and delivery. I’m a moderate risk pregnancy. I’m wanting a water birth or natural birth without much intervention. I absolutely need to avoid C-section.

I’m not sure on what the budget will be. I am interested in doing a birth at a birthing center in the water.
