Hello! My name is Sabrina Powers and I am an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant as well as a mom of three. I provide nonjudgmental support in feeding your baby, whether it’s breastfeeding, pumping or a mixture of both. I have a medical grade baby scale that I bring my to my consults and we can do a weighted feed to pinpoint exactly how much milk baby is drinking. My name is Janee and I live in Cypress with my husband, Jake and our 4 daughters- Olivia, Sophia, Avery, and Harper. After the birth of my first daughter, I realized how underprepared I was for labor. I looked back on my experience unhappy with the things that were ‘done to me,’ rather than being able to make educated decisions based on evidence and my maternal instincts. During my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted to be more prepared and have a completely different birth experience. I did a lot of research on evidence-based practices and created an ideal vision for what I wanted this next birth to look like. After my dream birth, I immediately felt justified for wanting more for myself AND my baby. I had a newfound sense of empowerment as a mother. Ever since, I knew I wanted to be a part of this amazing birth community to help other families feel this same joy.
