About me
My name is Santrice and I am a DONA trained, faith based, Christian doula located in Henrico VA. My mission is to provide mothers with a positive, calming, stress-free experience. Because every birth is unique, I adapt to each individual, based on their needs. By focusing on relaxation, safety and pain management my goal is to keep intervention at a minimum but also provide reassurance for mom to do whats best for her and her baby.

I currently offer night nanny services, antepartum (prebirth/pregnancy) doula services, birth doula services as well as travel birth doula services, postpartum doula, childbirth education and lactation consults. Please be advised that the packages shown are available but can also be used as a representation of what I offer. Packages can be personalized to fit your needs. This can be discussed during your consultation.

Just the Birth
I provide mental, physical, and emotional support every step of the way during labor! This includes unlimited access to call or text me with questions or concerns, 1 virtual visit to discuss your birthing plan, and full support during labor. Pricing is standard regardless of how long labor and delivery takes. This pricing requires the client to be no more than 2 hours away from zip code 23228. If you are located more than 2 hours away, please select the travel doula option.

Diamond Doula
I provide mental, physical, and emotional support every step of the way! This includes 24/7 access to contact me with any questions or concerns, 2 in-person visits (or virtual), full support during labor, 2 hours of postpartum care immediately after the baby is born and another 30 hours of postpartum care (this will be broken down into 3 hours per day, 5 days a week for 2 weeks. Pricing is standard regardless of how long labor and delivery takes.

Antepartum Care provides mom and family with emotional and physical support before the baby is born. This is especially helpful to moms who have multiple children or have been put on bedrest. Services include attending prenatal visits, running errands, and companionship. This care plan is offered anywhere between 6 weeks gestation-week 40/42 of your pregnancy. Highly recommended for "high risk" pregnancies. *2-hour minimum

Celebrity Travel Doula
Celebrity travel Doula package is for clients who are more than 2 hours away from zip code 23228. I will arrive in your area about 1 week before your due date and rent a place nearby for the next 6 weeks. This includes: 24/7 on call support, lactation session (optional postpartum), virtual childbirth education session (optional). As your birth doula I'll provide mental, physical and emotional support during the birthing process from start to finish! This includes 2 in-person or virtual visits before the baby is born, full support during labor, an additional 2 hours of postpartum support immediately after the baby is born, and 6 weeks of postpartum care, 4 hours a day, 7 days a week. Studies have proven that the first 6 weeks are the most crucial in mom's mental health, physical recovery and baby's development. This provides mom with peace of mind and gives her the option to get into a daily routine while adapting to the new baby.

Fran's Way
This package offers overnight nanny services. As your nanny, I will ensure baby is fed, bathed and ready for bed. In the event that baby is not ready for bed after night routine is complete, I will be there as a support system ensuring they have everything they need. During my time in the home, I will tend to any mess related to baby such as cleaning bottles and reloading formula maker if needed. *2-hour minimum
