My name is Sarah Tucker and I’m a birth and postpartum doula that specializes in trauma informed care, as well as perinatal and postnatal mood disorders. Doula work, for me is very much sacred, heart work. I practice by educating you on evidence based birth practices, but I also connect with you on a personal level as birth can be a very emotional event that requires feeling heard and seen.
