Hi my name is Sarah Looking for Postpartum Doula clients to fill my schedule. I'm a postpartum doula, which means I support you through pregnancy and postpartum — but more than that, I’m the person who walks in and helps everything feel a little less overwhelming. Because this season? It’s a lot. There’s so much information, so many opinions, and somehow you’re expected to just know what to do. You don’t have to do that alone. I’m based in Portland and support families all across the Portland Metro area, and my goal is simple: to help you feel informed, grounded, and actually supported — not judged, not rushed, and not left guessing. Here’s how I support you: Talking through your options so you can make decisions that feel right for you Helping you prepare for birth — whether that’s medicated, unmedicated, planned, or unexpected Helping you understand your baby and what’s actually normal Giving you space to rest while I take care of baby overnight Supporting feeding in a way that feels good to you (breast, bottle, combo — no pressure) Light help around the house so you’re not carrying everything. Being someone you can ask anything… without feeling judged. I am infant CPR certified as well as being a certified postpartum doula looking for full time work.
