Hi everyone! I’m Sarah, and I am a trained Postpartum Doula servicing Long Island NY. I have 7 nieces and nephews, and I specialize with women with Endometriosis, PCOS and Chronic Illness. I’m a medical assistant, have experience with mental health, and I would love to be a part of your journey! 🌻💛

Postpartum Doula services

I offer daytime postpartum support (minimum 3-4 hours), evening postpartum support (3-4 hours), and overnight postpartum support (minimum 8 hours maximum 10 hours). I offer one prenatal visit to go over your postpartum plan, meal prep options, and virtual assistance in addition to my regular doula offerings, varying on which type of support you need!
