Service introduction

I offer daytime postpartum support (minimum 3-4 hours), evening postpartum support (3-4 hours), and overnight postpartum support (minimum 8 hours maximum 10 hours). I offer one prenatal visit to go over your postpartum plan, meal prep options, and virtual assistance in addition to my regular doula offerings, varying on which type of support you need!
