About me

Greetings! My name is Savasiah Gardner, and I am a full-spectrum doula located in New York City. Being present at a friend's birth gave me my first eye-opening experience into birthwork; my master's in public health, coupled with my training with Birthing Advocacy Doula Training, have equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support those on their own birthing journey. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks with my daughter and dog, as well as practicing yoga. I have plans to become a perinatal and postpartum yoga instructor in the future :-)

Service introduction

I am a full-spectrum doula, and can be a support through many facets of pregnancy and birth. I provide support such as providing guidance on creating birth plans; education about pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting; offer resources and referrals; provide informational support, to help the birthing person and their support systems understand their options and make informed decisions. I also provide newborn care assistance.
