I want to have a water birth and I’m looking for a midwife.

Almost 7 weeks with my first baby and will be in Georgia for the majority of my pregnancy. I’ll then be moving to Washington DC about three months before birth.

I’ll be giving birth at Grady and I’m having a C-section and I’ll need as much help as I can get preparing my body

My wife and I want to do a home birth, and want to walk the journey with a midwife.

First time new to this but my 5th n last pregnancy

looking for a local midwife that can perform in home care alongside hospital transfer if needed and i would like to have a midwifery facility available. not sure what id like for the birth yet. this will be my third birth. i’m also looking for someone with experience caring for women who have had past fertility struggles.

I’m 35 yrs young ☺️ and this will be my 5th pregnancy. My last 3 pregnancies were cesarean. Due to the 2nd birth he was in there too long and didn’t want to come out and the 3rd was through surrogacy and she wanted a cesarean. So of course the 4th was automatically going to be the same. I want to have a vaginal delivery more than anything and more so a water birth. It’s been something I wanted to do for so long and just need a midwife who is willing to do it 🥹. Im wanting to do a home lotus birth. Give birth in water and keep placenta attached to baby until it falls off on its own. I dont necessarily have a budget but definitely looking for someone affordable.
