Service introduction

I offer a pre-natal cleaning and organization service, a 3 session birth coaching service where we explore you, and what you find to be relaxing along with some education. I offer birth services, and aftercare like cleaning and running for groceries. (I don’t night nanny) but I will sit for two hours with baby so you can shower and read a book or eat something warm.

Nesting package
A full home reset, up to 3 hours. Nursery cleaning and organizing as well, building furniture if needed (basically whatever you need done in the home for 3 hours to prepare before baby)

Birth coaching
3 in person sessions each 90 min long going over some history, evidence based birth science, relaxation methods and practice of full body relaxation and meditation to prepare you and your body for a peaceful delivery.

Birth Doula
2 prenatal visits, Labor and Birth attendance, and 1 postpartum visit that’s 2 hours to check on you and baby and help if you need a shower or any questions etc. (this service is sliding scale and comes with payment plans)
