About me

Hi! I am Shelby, living in the middle of Colorado Springs, Colorado. I am thankful for my birth journey with my two girls which led me to become a doula. I believe the right support for each woman can make a huge impact on her birth outcome. I am in the process of becoming DONA certified, so I am offering doula services highly discounted from what most doula's charge for 2024.

Service introduction

I want to get to know one another so that when your baby's Birth Day arrives, you feel comfortable, known, and I can support you and your birth team. I offer monthly prenatal appointments starting as early as 5 months pregnant. During this time we can meet virtually, do a home visit, and I can even attend an appointment with your care-provider upon request. I also provide weekly informative emails to help guide you in your birth plan prep, preparation for labor, and welcoming your new baby. I will be on call for you starting at 38 weeks through 42 weeks. From the moment you sense you're going into labor, I will be there to support you and help with coping techniques. Following the birth of your baby, I provide 1-2 postpartum visits up to 1 hour in length. These can also be virtual. My goal is to leave with you feeling taken care of and with the resources necessary to assist you through your postpartum journey. Additional visits are optional with a potential additional charge.
