Do you provide medical or hands-on personal care?
No. All services are non-medical and focused on companionship and homemaker support. I do not provide clinical care, administer medication, or perform hands-on personal care.
What areas do you serve?
I serve mothers within a 30-minute radius of Orlando, Florida (primarily Orange County and surrounding areas).
How do I get started?
You can message me directly to discuss your needs. From there, we’ll schedule your first visit or set up a consistent support plan that works best for you.
Do I need to provide supplies?
Yes. Clients typically provide household items such as groceries, cleaning supplies, and laundry products. I bring small essentials if needed.
Can I book a one-time visit before committing to a package?
Yes, many moms start with a one-time “reset” visit to experience the support before moving into a monthly plan.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time, especially for recurring weekly clients. Availability may be limited.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Do you offer support for families without a strong support system?
Yes. Bloom Companion Care was created with this in mind. Many of the mothers I support do not have consistent help, and I aim to provide that missing layer of support.
How is this different from hiring a cleaner or nanny?
This service is mother-centered, meaning the focus is on you—your well-being, your environment, and your overall support system. It combines practical help with emotional presence in a way that goes beyond traditional services.
Can I customize my support plan?
Absolutely. Every mother’s needs are different, and your plan will be tailored to fit your lifestyle, preferences, and current season.
How do I know which package is right for me?
If you’re unsure, we can start with a one-time visit and build from there. I’ll also guide you based on your needs and how much support would best benefit you.
Will you be caring for my baby directly?
My role is to support you as a mother first. While I can assist alongside you and help create a calm environment, this service is not structured as standalone childcare or nanny care.
Can you come the same day if I need help urgently?
Same-day or last-minute visits may be available depending on my schedule, but are not guaranteed. Advance booking is recommended for consistent support.
What hours do you typically work?
Visits are scheduled by appointment only during daytime hours. Specific availability will be discussed during booking.
Will I have the same caregiver each visit?
Yes. You will be working directly with me, ensuring consistency, trust, and a more personalized experience over time.
How do payments work?
Payments are required in advance to secure your booking. Monthly packages are billed upfront, while one-time visits are paid prior to the scheduled service.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of reserved time and scheduling, payments are generally non-refundable. However, I aim to be flexible and fair when rescheduling with proper notice.
What if I’m not sure what I need help with yet?
That’s completely okay. Many moms feel this way. We’ll figure it out together—your first visit can be guided based on what would make the biggest difference for you in that moment.
Is there a minimum number of hours required?
Yes. Visits are typically booked in a minimum of 3-hour blocks to ensure meaningful, effective support during each session.
Can I upgrade or change my package later?
Yes. As your needs change, your support plan can be adjusted to better fit your routine and level of support needed.
Do you bring your own transportation for errands?
Yes. I can assist with errands and appointment accompaniment using my own transportation when needed.
How quickly can I start services?
Start times depend on availability, but I aim to accommodate new clients as soon as possible. Reaching out early helps secure your preferred schedule.
Is this service private pay only?
Yes. At this time, Bloom Companion Care operates as a private-pay service.
What if I feel nervous having someone in my home?
That’s completely understandable. Building trust is very important to me. I approach every home with respect, professionalism, and care to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.
