Postpartum Doula

About me

Hi there. I’m Sidney. I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula and Infant Sleep Specialist serving Gilbert and the East Valley. I care deeply about the tender early weeks of postpartum—the small moments that shape a family’s sense of wellbeing. I support the early weeks with calm, evidence-based guidance which may include: newborn care, infant sleep foundations, nourishing meals, and a grounded presence you can rely on. With a Master’s in Biological Sciences and two little ones of my own, I understand how tender and transformative this time can be. My goal is to help you feel steady, rested, and cared for as you settle into life with your baby with compassionate and non-judgmental support. By the end of our time together, I want you to feel more resourced, rested, and confident in your own way of mothering. When I’m not supporting families, you can usually find me, my husband, and our two little ones wandering the Riparian Preserve, grabbing a latte near the Gilbert Water Tower, or cooling off in a pool.
