Unsure, looking for a midwife to help support and direct which needs work best for me

I plan on giving birth at home. My budget is $5,000. I would like to have a Midwife that is Christian and will help create a calm, positive environment. I want to be relaxed & have a 100% natural birth. No tearing or complications.

I want to give birth to my third baby in hospital or birthing center. I have pregnancy Medicaid (Amerigroup) and would like all of the services and appointments to be covered by it. I want a vaginal delivery and probably no epidural since the last two failed. I would like delayed cord clamping and immediate skin to skin for the golden hour.

I need Support during my delivery at Emory Decatur. My plan is less intervention birth, strong mental support, friendly and knowledgeable doula. I am very scared of tearing and also making a bad decision out of fear. I’m scared of epidural and Pitocin as well (needles in general), because of some of their side effects.
